Instagram Competition T&Cs
- Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in the UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland. Employees and relatives of employees of Duke Harper are excluded from participating.
- Competition Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 31 July 2024 and ending on 31 August 2024. All entries must be received by 31 August 2024, 23:59 GMT.
- How to Enter: The entry must fulfil all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Duke Harper.
- Prizes: The Winner of the Competition (the “Winner”) will receive a the items described in the Instagram post. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Duke Harper. The Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within five (5) days following selection. Duke Harper shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
- Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content, you understand and agree that Duke Harper, anyone acting on behalf of Duke Harper, and Duke Harper’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
- Terms & Conditions: Duke Harper reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Grant Batty’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any of the companies from the products in the giveaway.
