Pizza

In addition to Andrew working as a chef for local Hastings pizza outlets (Brewing Brothers, Kiosk, Dough Ray Me and Bunka.), we cater for private events, public events, and pop-ups.

Our specialty is Neapolitan, hand-stretched, slow-fermented dough, with a focus on local and UK-based ingredients, using British-milled Sonata flour.

We also create social media content and partner with various brands. We have a close working relationship with the Sonata flour brand, collaborating on chef work, social media projects, events, and graphic design.
